  • Company/LLP Formation

  • Retainership Services for secretarial functions

    The Companies are supposed to maintain statutory records including minutes of board meetings, general meetings and statutory registers as per the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013. we can undertake the work on annual retainership basis for the corporate clients.

  • Diligence Report for Banks

    The Companies who have been granted WC/TL finance by banks exceeding Rs. 5 Cr are supposed to obtain and submit diligence report every 6 months certified by a practicing company secretary. We can arrange it for the clients.

  • Annual Filing and Secretarial Audit

    We can undertake annual filing of balance sheet and annual return and prepare directors' report and other required documents for the clients for annual filing which every company is supposed to do after the annual general meeting besides income tax return submission.     As per the Companies Act, 2013 all Listed Companies and Companies with 1000 or more shareholders to provide E-Voting. The Board of Directors shall appoint one scrutinizer, who may be Company Secretary in Practice but not in employment of the Company and is a person of repute who, in the opinion of the Board can scrutinize the E-­Voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

  • Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit

    very listed Company is mandatorily required to submit a Reconciliation certificate from a Practising Company Secretary in each Quarter.
